Subject:         Quotation for Repairs of official building

Sealed bids are invited from experienced and well reputed firms for various repairs at the Embassy of Pakistan, Berlin as follows:

Repairs/renovation (of two floors of bathrooms/stoppage of seepage work 4th & 5th)

  1. Demolition work
  1. Knock off and dispose of the wall tiles and floor tiles on the 4th and 5th floor, incl. lobby and kitchen on the 5th
  2. Knock off and dispose-off the plasterboard in the shower (Walls) 5th floor
  3. Shower tray, fittings, 2WC, 1 heater, 2 Washbasins, 1 big boiler,
  4. Disassembly and dispose-off the storage tank
  5. Knock off and dispose-off the plasterboard of walls and ceiling of the 4th floor as well as middle wall of 4th floor
  6. Sanitary work
  7. Renewing of the drinking water pipes and sewer of the 4thfloor, incl. string cables 1 WC, 2 washbasins, 1 shower
  8. Renewing of the heating lines on the 4th floor, one heater per floor
  9. Delivery and assembly of new toilet with seat x 535, 00
  10. Delivery and installation of wash basin
  11. Drywall works
  12. New drywall on the 4th floor
  13. New dry ceiling on the 4th floor
  14. Tiling work
  15. 30, 00 sqm Walls tiling and grouting, silicon work included, material up to 15Euros /sqm can be chosen
  16. 10, 00sqm Floor tiling and grouting, silicon work included, material up to 15Euros /sqm can be chosen (20×95, 00)
  17. Paint work
  18. 1, 00 Plaster walls and ceilings and smooth them down
  1. “SINGLE STAGE ONE ENVELOPE PROCEDURE” will be followed. Each bid shall comprise of one single envelope, separately containing financial proposal and technical proposal of the same scope of work (for two floors separately).
  1. Bids must reach this office of the undersigned by December 18, 2020 before 1100 hours. All bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.

  3. The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
